Collection and drop off was conveniently placed right outside Terminsl 2 and it was a pleasant journey and completely hassle free. Would not hesitate to book again.

The bus was easy to find and on time. The drop off spot was near a mass transit stop, but due to construction, not as close as it usually is. You can't blame Lufthansa for that. The bus was was very hot and uncomfortable during the first 20 minutes or so. It was not a hot day. This was May 11. The vents seemed to be blowing hot air at tornado-like velocity. Almost everyone on the bus looked uncomfortable.

Something I did not understand. Was told to go to terminal 2, but arrived at 1 and at 2 the bus already had a lot of passengers and then still stoped somewhere to pick up more. Should I not have been given options? ( had a lot of luggage)
