Due to a fire on the S1 Line I purchased 2 x Lufthansa Express tickets in Munich on my mobile whilst queuing for the bus and when got to door of bus, the driver refused to let us on, stating the bus was full, when clearly it was not and closed the doors. Thursday 10th April at approx. 8.45 Disgraceful behaviour by the driver and with no explanation. We had to get a taxi at a cost of €105 or miss our flight

The bus was easy to find and on time. The drop off spot was near a mass transit stop, but due to construction, not as close as it usually is. You can't blame Lufthansa for that.
The bus was was very hot and uncomfortable during the first 20 minutes or so. It was not a hot day. This was May 11. The vents seemed to be blowing hot air at tornado-like velocity. Almost everyone on the bus looked uncomfortable.

Was told to go to terminal 2, but arrived at 1 and at 2 the bus already had a lot of passengers and then still stoped somewhere to pick up more.
